meOwgenda ("we", "our", or "the app") is a simple to-do list application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
meOwgenda is designed with minimal data collection in mind:
- Task data: The tasks, notes, due dates, and categories you create are stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud account to keep your data in sync across your Apple devices.
- No account required: We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.
- No analytics or tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools.
Data Storage & iCloud Sync
Your task data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This allows you to sync tasks across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud container — we cannot access it. iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not operate any external servers and do not have access to your iCloud data. Your data stays under your control at all times.
Third-Party Services
meOwgenda does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, advertisers, or data brokers.
Children's Privacy
meOwgenda does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not require any personal data to function.
Data Deletion
You can delete all local app data at any time by deleting the app. If you use iCloud sync, you can manage or delete your iCloud data through your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage. We do not retain any copy of your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
